Loving my exterior requires me to exercise. It has been a long road, but I am finally figuring out what types of exercises work for me and what does not. Also, I am learning how to stick with my exercises and not fade away from them after they get hard or tiresome.
It is a constant struggle for me to stay motivated to exercise. I am sure many can relate to that struggle.
Here are my random workouts and attempts to getting my endorphin fix and what I now include into my day to day activities.
* I am by no means a fitness guru or a doctor, so take anything I post with a grain of salt and be safe and smart when doing any type of exercise.
